After multiple delays, Square Enix has finally locked in a release date for Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles Remastered Edition – at least in Japan. The game will arrive on multiple platforms, including Nintendo Switch, on 27th August. There’ll be a physical and digital copy made available for 4,800 yen.

Unfortunately, there’s no word on a local release date for this title just yet. The last we heard it was coming out in “Summer 2020” and earlier this year it was rated by the Australian Classification Board. It suggests the game is ready for a western release – so keep an eye out for any updates.
