Nintendo of America says it is resolving issues for players who purchased wrong Pokemon Expansion Pass

Nintendo of America has said on Twitter this evening that Pokemon Sword & Shield users who have mistakenly purchased the wrong version of the Expansion Pass are welcome to contact customer support and presumably receive a refund or the correct code. This stands in contrast to a Video Gamer article published earlier this week which said that those who have mistakenly purchased the Expansion Pass for the version they do not own won’t receive a refund. Hopefully the other regions have the same policy.
