Video: Zelda: Breath Of The Wild Mod Adds Samus And Her Gunship To The Game

If you’re missing Metroid, perhaps this video will help pass the time until Metroid Prime 4 is released.

A YouTube Channel by the name of MK (as spotted by Zelda Dungeon) has showcased a “work in progress” by the modder Yainskofso that transforms The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild into a Metroid-themed mod.

Here’s a description of what’s included:

A full mod of metroid for botw, including models, outfits, sound effects and BGM’s

This video is just for showcasing. There is some missing outfits but the project is still a work in progress by Yainskofso

Some of the highlights include Samus’ gunship, which replaces Link’s Master Cycle, and the inclusion of her Zero Suit outfit. The paraglider has even been swapped out for a baby Metroid. How appropriate.
